UK Members of Parliament

The UK's 650 Members of Parliament are elected to represent constituencies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This directory draws on data published by the UK Parliament to help you explore how your MP — and every other — performs in office. Compare voting attendance in divisions, track contributions to debates in the House of Commons, and review each MP's register of financial interests.

This participation data, including votes cast, debates contributed to reflects activity that is recorded and measurable, not the full scope of what an MP does. An MP who votes on every division may do so along party lines with little independent scrutiny; one who votes less frequently may be investing time in committee work, casework, or detailed research on a smaller number of issues. Likewise, registered interests may be a variety of things, a large number of different interests or a high income are not necessarily detrimental to an MP doing their job. Use this data as a starting point for your own research, not as a verdict.
